Our first night we noticed the a/c wasn’t working and we complained. They weren’t able to fix it so moved us to another room. Zak was most helpful and apologetic. "This was my second stay at The Lincoln Suites. It's very conveniently located, a short walk from West End theaters, the Holburn tube station and the Alwydch bus stops. In the evening, it's very quiet and there's very little foot traffic. There is a 24 hour front desk. Check-in was very quick. "On arrival we needed photo ID which I don’t always carry, so worth keeping in mind when booking that you may need yours. The apartment was good. The bed was comfortable. We were “upgraded” but seemed a bit random and we ended up with 3 double beds for just the two of us. We had to go and ask for some loo roll as there was none in the bathroom.
