"Room was new and spotless"

"The room was not cleaned only the bed made. No trash in trash cans were removed etc. Some staff were kind and others were very rude. The hotel was old and the breakfast was not up to Embassy standards in US. This Hilton brand has really gone down over the years. The location on the beach was nice. I would not recommend this Embassy Suites."

"Pros- Room was clean. Ocean view side was amazing. Some restaurants options around. Cons- Parking is about 10-15 min walking over cobble stones and some stairs. The staff person when i checked in was not helpful. Will not give you an option to check in a few minutes later and then make you wait 15 because everyone is checking in at the same time and they only have one person in front. There’s no one answering the phone for help once you are in your room so you actually have to go to the counter. And no one answers the phone provided by on expedia website or google. "

"Our room waa beautifully situated with an amazing view of the ocean. Other than that Jaderis Cruz was amazing in arranging our room for our anniversary. The other staff, not so much. Very little effort to say hi or really anything."

"The room we had on the first floor had bed bugs. We talked to the front desk employee Chance or Chase and he saw the evidence. It was truly disgusting. We have had to spend a bunch of money buying color safe bleach, garbage bags, running multiple loads of laundry, so whatever supposed money we saved using Expedia we lost and then some. Buyer beware!"
