“I loved my stay at the Westin! I stayed in a double room with queen beds and the beds were extremely comfy. The rooms were modern and up to date with a big screen tv where you can log into streaming services as well. They have a variety of restaurants and activities on the resort and multiple pools. Two pool areas were adult only which I enjoyed. All the staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again.”

“Based on the most recent reviews I was very nervous. Upon arrival to the resort we were pleasantly surprised! Yes there is seaweed- there may be a scent but we didn’t let it ruin the trip (it’s really not that bad people) the resort was gorgeous. Johnny met us with our delicious margaritas and Celeste helped us with our check in. They even let us check in early! Neil gave us a fun ride up to our room, he gave us some recommendations on coffee shops and restaurants, and even carried in all of our……

“I love staying at the Ritz in st Thomas. More than anything we enjoy the employees. They are always helpful and make the trip worth it. I traveled there 2 years ago and I noticed several cut backs and things that they could improve on. For instance the serve the same food every single day for breakfast potatoes, bacon/sausage and eggs. They need to add pancakes and French toast because the food gets boring. The have different options for the lunch/ dinner snacks but again not very family kid……

“A lot of money for the conditions of the facilities, A/C has not been given maintenance for a long time, does not cool, uncomfortable bed, old carpet, broken floor, broken closet doors, dirty balcony. The place needs repairs and remodeling. I don't recommend it.”

“Be sure to have breakfast; it is delicious, nutritious, and the view is awe-inspiring. I had several cups of the ginger, mint lemonade- wow! I didn’t spend much time in my room. But it was nice to come back to a clean one. Staff are very friendly! One could not ask for more and get it.”
