Good but a little tired

The house in its heyday would have been stunning. It still has a degree of wow factor, but close up it is tired, things are broken, a little grubby and thats a shame. Location is great, but directions are confusing as the villa name and numbers dont match the comms...but we found it eventually

GREAT Property with a few issues...

Positives: Great location, beautiful property and views, wonderful master/ensuite. Other 3 bedrooms/ensuites are nice. Kitchen and living space are comfortable. Pool was excellent, large and clean. We paid the extra fee to have it heated. Hot tub would have been nice. Details and pictures in VRBO description are accurate. Negatives: If anyone has problems with steps, there are several one to four step areas. There are seven steps down to the master and 2 of the ensuite bedrooms. In the master, there are several 1-step areas up and down (to shower, to sleep area, to bathtub, to toilet). 5th bedroom is nice, but occupant needs to use the "community" bathroom which is down 7 steps. One of the ensuite bedrooms had mold or something near the air-conditioner. No bathroom soaps, shampoos, etc. are provided. No cooking condiments, oils, etc. are provided. Weak wifi signal even after they replaced the router. Washer does not spin properly and left clothing very wet. No clothes dryer, but there is a clothes line with pins. The hot tub/spa did not work and they didn't have the necessary parts to fix it while we were there. We paid an additional fee for the hot tub, and it was not returned to us even though the spa was not availabe for our use.
