New Listing! Looking for a stunning, private pool home with south facing, serene lake view to relax in the beautiful Florida sun? This 2 bedroom + den / 2 bathroom pool home in the gated community of the Reserve at Estero is perfect for you and your guests to enjoy all Southwest Florida has to offer. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.

The fully stocked kitchen features all you would need and more to create a home cooked meal away from home. New appliances and the oven doubles as an air fryer. Reclining sofa in the living and smart TV's in living and bedrooms. The covered seating on the lanai and lounge chairs by the pool are great for both relaxing and entertaining.
The spacious primary bedroom features a king size bed, smart TV and access to the screened in pool area. A soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual sinks in the en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and smart TV, and the daybed in the den make it a perfect spot to read a book or retreat.

***Due to annual lease limits, per 2026 the high season rental needs to be for a January 1 - March 31 minimum stay only***

The Reserve at Estero is conveniently located off Estero Pkwy and offers a large community pool and spa, tennis, pickleball, basket ball and clubhouse with gym, pool table and recreation room. 3 grocery stores, Starbucks and restaurants within 1.5 miles. Just minutes from shopping and dining at Coconut Point, Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlets, Stoneybrook public golf course, medical centers, and the local library. Close to the highway for ease of arrival & departure. A short drive away from Bonita & Barefoot Beach.

* 30 day minimum stay. Due to annual lease limits, the high season rental needs to be for a January 1 - March 31 (3 month) minimum stay only.
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for the Reserve at Estero are $150 application fee, $40 per applicant ($45 Canadian) background check fee and $26 per applicant for a credit check. This might be waived when credit check/FICO provided
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.

Nice Pool Home

We really enjoyed our stay at LAKE VISTA pool home. The property was very clean, and the realtor managing the seasonal rental was very helpful. The pool with a view of the lake surely was a hit!
