Nestled toward the summit of Giant Track Mountain, Reverie offers breathtaking panoramas of the Rocky Mountain National Park's high peaks. This home is a perfect sanctuary for those looking to immerse themselves in nature's beauty while enjoying luxurious comfort. We adore this home and can't wait to share it with you!

Start your day with the sunrise lighting up the Continental Divide and end it on one of the two expansive decks, watching wildlife and listening to the tranquil sounds of nature. Being so close to the National Park boundary, you’ll encounter abundant wildlife right at your doorstep! The property even abuts US Forest Service land, so elk, deer, beer, and other wildlife often pass by quite closely.

The views here are simply spectacular, offering an uninterrupted sightline to the majestic peaks and a star-studded night sky far from city lights. Our serene neighborhood provides a peaceful escape for all guests.

This is the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate.

In the warmer months, enjoy the decks with outdoor seating and a BBQ, while in winter, gather around the cozy living room fireplace for a warm, inviting evening.

The main floor's open layout features an open living area, kitchen and dining space – ideal for gatherings and creating lasting memories. Downstairs, you'll find a second living area with a TV, along with queen bedrooms. Upstairs is a king bedroom and a twin bedroom.

Open Living Space: The main floor boasts a harmonious integration of the living, kitchen, and dining areas. Expansive windows capture the breathtaking views, while doors lead out to the decks, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

Entertainment: The downstairs media area boasts a large smart TV with your favorite channels. We also have lots of kids books and games.

NO SMOKING, NO FIRES

One could stand in the living room and watch the largest forest fire in Colorado history torch our mountains a few years ago. So we are a strict no-smoking property. No smoking inside, outside, and no outdoor fire pits (now illegal in Estes Park's vacation homes). Charcoal BBQs are banned. $500 fines are assessed.

ROAD CONDITIONS

Estes has a great plow team and our driveway will also be plowed during storms, but if there's a huge blizzard, they may not be plowed exactly when you need them to be. We cannot assist if you get stuck and we always recommend that people rent AWD or 4WD when visiting us from October to May. We are at 8,000 feet and this can be a snowy area!

Our permit is limited to 8 people and 3 cars max.

BEARS

Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area often and can break in!
BY BOOKING YOU UNDERSTAND:

+ Quiet hours 9pm-8am

+ Cleaning is super expensive here and I want guests to pay as little as possible. The cleaners offered a deal to keep the rates in the lowest third of homes this size, and I pass the savings on to you! As noted in the listing, I ask guests to pay it forward by starting the dishwasher and a load of towels in the washer. It takes five minutes but saves the cleaners an hour, which saves you money!
