As for Okoboji in October - we used this as a retreat to get away without screens and Okoboji is pretty shut down. We were warned, but just a heads up that while summer is full and quickly everything shuts down."

"Wanted to spend my last week of a long job outta town somewhere other than a hotel. 2.5 months of the same room got stagnet and motivation draining. Found this lovely abode just outside of boji for a few bucks more per night.. an it had me wondering why i hadnt switched up my accommodations sooner than my last week on the job. The outdoor space took the cake, and everything was very clean inside. Much more "at home" than a hotel."
