“We stayed in the suite for 2 weeks and it was a wonderful jumping off point for Tuscany. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.The breakfast options were also great. Volterra is a sizable town and on the tourist trail for people coming in from Florence for sure, but we still had no trouble getting restaurant reservations and things were much more quiet in the evenings.”

“The staff were very friendly and informative, food was great, their own produce was great and the views were amazing. I would love to return in warmer weather when the pool is open. The only downside was being charged €50 cleaning fee. I missed it in the small print when booking. This wasn't a fine for leaving the rooms untidy, this is their standard charge for their 1 bed apartments. We stayed there 1 night and still had the same charge as someone who stays for a week. “This is a beautiful property with an unusually accommodating staff. They took me to my event which was a few kilometers away and picked me up free of charge. Also, they arranged a ride for me back to the train station. They made everything very easy and stress free! ”

“Conveniently located close to the centre and the parking (if driving). Our room had also a kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Only cons is that there is no elevator (our room was at second floor).
