「Very friendly and clean」

「It was a seamless booking experience with the ability to book a private car from the airport to their bed& breakfast.The property was exceptionally clean and very welcoming. Our hosts were very accommodating and kind. Breakfast was available at 8am with coffee, cappuccino, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, juices, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. The refrigerator was well stocked with beer and wine along with snacks available throughout the day. The balcony provided a relaxing atmosphere and views....

「My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. 」

Við borðuðum mjög ljúffengan kvöldverð á veitingastað hótelsins og getum alveg mælt með honum. Fengum okkur göngutúr upp i gamla bæinn þar sem útsýnið yfir sveitina og hafið var mikilfenglegt. 」

The owner, Stefan, (speaks English) is very warm, hospitable, helpful and welcoming. Great place to stay before and after cruising. Booking was easy! Go into town and buy a bottle of wine and enjoy a glass on the terrace at sunset. We'll remember our stays there fondly. When/If we go to Civitavecchia again, we will ALWAYS stay there. 「Calm,safe,and parking easily. Kind of remote country, so driving arriving in daytime is easier than night. Helpful and hospitality host. Breakfast is good with cut fresh vegetables and fruits. Herbs bathing supplies are very good. 安靜，安全，停車方便。 算是很偏僻的鄉間，所以日間開車抵達飯店比夜晚開車的好。 非常樂於助人，熱情好客的主人。很棒的早餐，有切好的新鮮蔬果。草藥的盥洗用品非常棒。」

「I loved everything about the hotel. We stayed in the suite for 3 nights prior to a cruise. The room, staff, location...everything was wonderful. I just want others to be aware of 2 things. 1)The website clearly quotes airport transfer shuttle for €50 for car, not pp. We were greeted at the airport by a very friendly driver & transported safely to the hotel...the fee however, was €150(€175 if paying with credit card). When discussed with the owner she just replied that transportation is seperate...
