“Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into a time machine back to the late 1980s – and unfortunately, not in a charming or nostalgic way. The entire property felt outdated and poorly maintained. There was no restaurant, no air conditioning, and the overall standard was well below our expectations. The biggest disappointment was that our room was not cleaned even once during our three-night stay. The beds were never made, the towels were not replaced, and no housekeeping was provided at……

“Stayed in a 2-br suite with a family of 7, which worked really well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and amenities (pool, kids games etc). Great location proximate to restaurants within walking distance. Our only issue was that the air conditioning turned off in the middle of the night and we had no control. Ended up sleeping very hot given the warm European summer and constantly woke up while sleeping. Overall, we enjoyed the……

“Pros: The house is warm in the cool and cool in the heat, with an amazing view over the Adige valley… We got to try some wine made with the family’s grapes, which was delicious! Carmen was kind and helpful if we needed anything, and has put a lot of thought into providing information about the local area! The area itself is right on the wine route, with easy access to Bozen and the Dolomites… Fabulous place to stay! Cons: Nothing, it was perfect!”

“The apartment was in good condition. The property description is incorrect. It isn’t a two bedroom unit. One bedroom with a pull out sofa bed(uncomfortable). We would not have picked this property based on the configuration. Property address and directions need to be clearly defined - gated property in a pretty apple orchard that can’t be easily found without more info. We had no hot water up to mid day after our move in the previous evening. Rugs in the unit very hazardous -very easy to……
