"Very nice charming hotel but stairs are narrow and steep"

"Bon séjour globalement, mais de nombreux détails font qu'à l'arrivée, le ressenti est moyen. A commencer par la chambre, sur le site il est annoncé "suite junior", à l'arrivée c'est une chambre panoramique. Le petit déjeuné était très limité, pauvre en goût, industriel. Le spa ne possède pas de jacuzzi, les casiers ne fonctionnent pas. Bref, tout ces petits détails font qu'en repartant, on ne se dit pas je vais revenir très vite ! "

"An amazing room - all windows with harbor views on the main street on the most amazing little town. The staff were absolutely wonderful - better and more friendly than we get at big 5 star hotels! I cannot believe how wonderful the entire experience was. The room was large, well appointed, and an excellent bathroom"

"The staffs are kind and helpful, specially Allan gave us some usual guidance to visit the town The room and bathroom are right size for 2 guests and clean. The bed is comfy, warm. The location is walkable to the pier, the downtown, safe, convenient for all needs. The breakfast is good, healthy with plenty of fruits, various kind of breads, high quality of tea…etc… Our family of 5 occupy 3 rooms. We like it, may come back in spring. Honfleur is pittoresque in winter but very cold"

"I can't even begin to explain how gorgeous this place is. What a thrill it was to have the opportunity to stay here. Lorena (our hotel manager) was SUPER spectacular in her professionalism and stellar with the hospitality she gave to us. The rooms were something out of a Hollywood movie. Super modern and spacious. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Plenty of parking. The proximity to old town Honfleur is a short walk. Close to a supermarket and many restaurants. Highly recommended to stay here. "

"I am angry because this hotel did not stick to my agreed method of payment But proceeded to take a card payment without my authorization When i contacted Expedia they just passed the buck! Bad business practice I won't be using them again "
