「I only have 3 small things to mention about this rental that I think could be improved (keeping in mind if they didn't change anything, it would still be very nice)!1. The parking garage directions talk about the elevator being at the end, but it is actually 6 spots to the right of your spot. It would be easier to state that explicitly I think. 2. The garbage can slams a little when you open and close it. I think something might be wrong with the soft close mechanism. I just used my hand to open...

「Great experience here. Very nice apartment in a good location. Great communication by the host.
My only critique would be that some of the towels felt old with bleach stains. Would prefer just hotel like white towels and bedding. The disposal smelled of garbage even though we didn't cook at all during our stay.
Despite this, it was a great place and would stay here again!」

「We were a family traveling to Chicago and stayed here for a total of four nights. The indoor swimming pool was open, but the hotel itself felt extremely hot and stuffy. On our second night, the air conditioning broke down, making it impossible to sleep. Around 11:00 PM, we went to the front desk, and they changed a room for us without much explanation.
However, on our fourth night, we discovered the air conditioning in the new room had stopped working again. By that point, we were simply too...
