"Highly recommend a great time had by all. Super attentive owner who cares about your stay. Exactly as described clean, great ac, great wi fi , tv, well furnished and great location. One would have to look hard for anything to be negative about. We even had a cancelled flight and owner agreed to change dates to accommodate us."

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house and general compound area are clean and well-kept, the view of the beach is gorgeous, and it's lovely to be able to relax to the sound of waves. The beach walk is great especially in the morning, and there is access to the beach itself for swimming. The walk into historic Side is very scenic as well. Murat was always helpful and responsive, especially while making last-minute changes to our stay dates, which we very much appreciated....

"Great apartment with added bonus of hot tub and fabulous sea views . A lovely clean complex. Pool area was great and staff in the poolside bar were really friendly and the food there was excellent. The location was a little further from the Old Town than we would have liked but a short walk to the main road and there are plenty of Dolmus or taxis you can take. We walked on a couple of occasions which took around an hour.."

"We had a lovely 11 nights at Tim’s boutique. Everything was as described. Hinako (the owner) was so helpful and answered all questions. Property was good. You have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to your door, but you’ll only be doing it twice a day (hopefully) so doable. Bright and airy, with more than enough space for a family of 5. "The property was fine for my family. Overall it had all the amenities nearby, especially groceries. Although, we did not have a good cookware and had to request for changing it twice, until we got a new one. Also, the kettle wasn't clean. However the overall stay and comfort was good and it was cleaned everyday. Finally, I liked the staff who were friendly, helpful and polite. "
