“The only thing going for this property is the location close to the University hospital. The door was locked when we arrived. I phoned and a 12 year old let us in. His information on my updated booking was not up to date, even though I had phoned a week prior to confirm with the owner my booking changes. So, he had to call the parent who took 15-20 minutes to arrive to straighten it out. There was NO hot water in the shared bathroom. None. It was turned off! I was reluctant to attempt taking a……

“The hotel was excellent”

“The check out time is 11:00 a.m. and that is posted at the front desk, and in the rooms. Yet at 9:00 a.m. someone was banging on the door to clean the room-when we did not request a wake up call, in fact, we did the opposite and requested a late check out and were told that was fine. So disappointing to have our door banged on by the front desk worker at 11:30 and have him swearing at us to get the F out. Especially for my 18 month old daughter to be subjected to such negative and threatening……

“The room was tidy and clean with all the items we needed. I enjoy that the room comes with things like a microwave for heating up food with a pantry in the lobby where you can easily buy meals. The room comes with a free breakfast which has both hot and cold food and lots of options. The pool was clean and me and the kids enjoyed using it!! I would definitely stay here again.”
