「We stayed in a family room, with 2 sets of bunk beds and private bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The reception/hang out area is excellent. A hotel located in a cenvenience place
"This is my 2nd visit of STAY Seaport. I experienced the change of Copenhagen, especially where the location of the hotel is. When I 1st came here, there is no Metro connected to, no other supermarket but only Netto, no building in front on the hotel. It changed a lot. I can find many restaurants to fulfil my stomach. There is a pier at Orientkaj that is 10mins walk to the hotel. I can go back to the hotel easily by taking the ship after paying a visit to the Little Mermaid. There is a lot of choices of welcome drinks, which I think it is very good. The staff is very helpful, always give me a big hand on my query. I would like to say that the lady at the reception is very good but I did not ask for her name. When I ask where I can I find the post box to send my postcards, she tried the best of her to find me the post box at Ostbanegade 120. Although I cannot find it at that location, I really appreciate her effort to help me. I would like to give her a big thank you. For the apartment itself, I have some comments: 1. better prepare some knives and forks for us. 2. the shower is damaged before I moved in. 3. The tripod of the TV is quite close to the dinning table. People can easy kick on it and make some damage. 4. The shower oil and shampoo are very good. 5. The dinning table is very good. I can chat with my wife whiling she is making dinner."
