"A large complex, well maintained and very friendly staff. They charged me for parking but reversed it when I reminded them it was included in the booking. The pool is large and impressive, appreciated the extensive fitness facilities and sauna, though access was a bit confusing (from upstairs to downstairs and upstairs again). This was our last stop on a long European tour and it was nice to have two rooms so the kids could have their own space. Appreciated the little deck and the washing machine. Kitchen is minimally stocked (four small glasses, four coffee cups, four forks, two saucepans) so couldn’t really cook here, but it worked for what we needed. The couch was small (definitely couldn’t fit more than two of us though we aren’t large folks) and not very comfortable, beds were on par with other European places. The fan was helpful along with opening windows, but there was quite a lot of noise from a daycare next door, construction, etc. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood, several grocery stores within a few minutes walk. It is very close to public transit so easy to get to other sights in Copenhagen. Overall very happy with the stay, though like everything in Denmark it was $$$!"

"I had a pleasant stay at Wakeup Copenhagen – Borgergade, staying in a room on the 6th floor. The hotel has a convenient central location, making it easy to explore Copenhagen on foot and reach many of the city’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was compact and efficiently arranged, which is typical of a city hotel. It provided the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a clean space, a comfortable bed, and a practical bathroom. The room worked well as a base for sightseeing, although guests who prefer a lot of space may find it somewhat small. The hotel’s modern design, straightforward check-in process, and central location were strong advantages. I also appreciated having a simple, practical place to return to after spending the day exploring Copenhagen. Overall, I would recommend Wakeup Copenhagen – Borgergade for travelers who prioritize location, cleanliness, and convenience over a large room or extensive hotel amenities. The room was a good fit for a city break, and I would consider staying here again."

"Superbe hôtel! Notre chambre était propre et d’architecture originale. Quoi dire du déjeuner digne d’une table champêtre! Juste magnifique de prendre son petit déjeuner dans la verrière sur le toit avec un service d’exceptionnel et une nourriture délicieusement fraîche. Très bien situé avec petits cafés, microbrasserie local, boulangerie/pâtisseries au coin de la rue et un site de baignade sympathique. J’y reviendrai assurément."
