「the room space is just a bit small which is a little bit out of expectation (as the photos seen quite large) but the environment is still very good and the cleaning service is well done, receptionists are very nice as well. Good!」

The room was clean with kettle, coffee,tea, with UHT milk being replenished each day. Double bed with 3 good size pillows. The bathroom was nice, decent size shower, no issues with hot water. 「A very historic old hotel with an excellent location and a 3-minute walk to the attractions you are interested in. Strangely, the parking lot downstairs is not the hamilton hotel, but its sister hotel. So drivers have to go to the paid parking lot behind the hotel. It's a little inconvenient.」

「The comfiest hotel bed I have slept on in a long while, spacious room (perfect for an overnight stay after a late night party), bathroom was spacious enough and had all the basic essentials needed. Would deffo stay again!」

「Disgraceful ,they knew they had multiple guests stranded with nowhere to sleep and didnt care .The property was cluttered ,we had to push a mattress out the way to use the toilet(no hand-wash)aka cupboard.The kitchen is not the one in pictures 1/3 of size ,dirt,mould in corners of fridge ,what appears to be mouse droppings in cupboards,plenty of pics as proof .key safe to enter property just popped open so anyone could walk in in night. 「property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

「No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person.」
