“Excellent établissement. Personnels très agréable. Je recommande fortement. Nous avons pris un supplément petit déjeuner chaud avec des œufs, omelette… vraiement EXCELLENT. Les hôtes nous avaient même préparés un feu de bois à côté de nos tentes et fournis des bonbons à faire griller. Les tentes était équipé de ventilateurs à l’intérieur.”

“This place is fabulous for the people that wants to have a jungle full experience.”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……

“Best resort you will ever stay in. Quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. You will enjoy the pools and beach. While seaweed is a problem throughout the Mayan Riviera the Edition probably does the best job of keeping the beach clean and pristine.”

“El personal de cocina, o que sirve siempre está enojado. Contesta mal. Los meseros son otro boleto, ellos son muy atentos”

“Vista muy linda”

“The property is beautifully maintained but the best part was the incredible staff. Everyone was so happy and friendly.”

“Ok”

“So much fun. Thank you for another amazing trip. Can’t wait to come back”

“More food variety, too badic”

“It’s was wonderful, great location, super friendly staff. Loved all the daily extra activities that were offered. Cons: tips were expected at every meal”

“Just an absolutely amazing property, with great rooms, great service, and great food. The staff is very helpful. They take care of you, and the views from the rooms are amazing. It was raining, and it was also sunny at certain times, and both were enjoyable.”

“Very nice place and friendly staff. Nice rooms and good food. Mixed drinks are a bit lacking.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Jungala. We added the aqua experience when we booked, which gave us access to the waterpark daily. It was amazing. The rest of the resort is exceptional as well. The staff are all top notch and our concierge (Fernanda!) was so very helpful! We appreciated her so much! The restaurants were amazing as well. I’d say total cost wise it’s similar to a higher tier all inclusive resort, even though everything is ordered off menu like a regular restaurant. The steakhouse……

“Wonderful family-run hotel on a lovely Cenote. If you want all-inclusive mass tourism, this is not for you. If you want an authentic Mexican self-catering room or apartment, off the beaten track, this is perfect. ”

“After a long day of travel, we finally get to the resort where we are shuffled back-and-forth like a herd of animals waiting in different lines. Check-in took over an hour, the staff could not get it together to get us our room keys and get us on a shuttle in a timely manner. They were asking stupid questions like what is our occupation and what is our yearly salary. Our very first morning there, 8 AM the phone rings, wakes us up, and they want to schedule our shuttle back to the airport. We……
