"We loved the town of Custer and this charming house was right in the heart of it. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The location was also a perfect jumping off point for seeing the sites in the Black Hills. We went far and wide and decided our favorite excursion was a day in Custer State Park, where we saw Bison and Prairie Dogs and a host of other wildlife. It was awesome to come home each day to the peaceful little cottage where we ended the evening with a movie and then to bed....

"The house was very clean and well appointed. Stocked well with all the items you forget about (garbage bags, soap, condiments, laundry soap etc. etc. etc. ) The beds were comfortable. The views are stunning and we saw wild turkeys, deer and of course the koi pond was very peaceful. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and unwind after tours of Mt Rushmore and area attractions. Would absolutely return to this beautiful awesome home. "

"Cute little cottage with the perfect location! Close enough that Main Street Custer is within walking distance, but just enough removed from the main drag that it felt quiet and safe. Playground next door was a big bonus for the kids. House was clean and comfy."

"We love it in the Black Hills this is our 3rd time at the Creekside location and 2nd time in this cabin, I see no reason to look anywhere else next year when we go. It is centrally located to everything we do down there. The cabin is nice and clean and feels very private."

"We had a fantastic stay at the hideaway. It was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed not having to pack all the kitchen appliances, and we took advantage of the kitchen, cooking each night. We spent afternoons soaking up sunshine on the decks aftee hiking nearby trails. The location was perfect, so close to all the parks and monuments. It had everything we needed. We highly recommend!"

"We rented this home as overflow while we were visiting family nearby. Nice home. Very clean and comfortable. Six of us stayed there and it would have felt crowded with any more people, but was perfect for our group. Very close to the Mammoth site and a nice park down the street with playgrounds, etc."
