「This spot was what we'd hoped it'd be for our trip. 「When we first entered the property it was nice and cool. The layout of the house is nice and I love the esthetics. I love the fact that the cabinets are labeled with what's inside them without checking each cabinet!! The beds are comfortable and the couch was comfy to sit and watch tv and eat a snack. If your going to American Dream water park/mall its a 30 min drive (or less) depending on your driving. I would recommend staying here, clean,resonable pricing and Mr. Emanual was a great host. 「Overall was a clean & decent place! Neighborhood was quiet, pretty central locations with some stores and restaurants in walkable distance. We had a bit of snag when we first arrived because the unit was a bit confusing and we couldn’t initially get ahold of the property manager but it was figured out. The second floor is the main unit we rented and had 3 bedrooms, the living room, 2 bathroom & kitchen. 3rd floor was a smaller unit with a small sitting room, kitchenette, bathroom & bedroom....

「Great find! Place was clean and exactly as pictured. Parking is a big bonus. One block walk to the beach. Some of the reviews mentioned the loud music from RBQ downstairs... that didn’t bother me. Overall, great experience, would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends.」

「The parking lot could be improved. It was more a construction site than an actual parking lot, but that doesn't take away really from the experience, just a minor thing to note. Overall very happy with my experience. The space met my simple needs. Recommended if you're looking for a simple place to stay. Proximity to Rockaway Beach is great!」
