“nice stay, the owner was very nice and trying hard to improve in anyway!!”

“There was extensive renovations and construction mess throughout the hallways and common areas that we were never told about prior to our arrival. Additionally, no water for several hours each day. This clearly should have been addressed before we arrived from across the country with no time to consider a different lodging choice! This was a very unhealthy environment for my husband who has asthma, and very unsafe for us as seniors to be tripping over construction materials. Would not recommend……

“The location of the property was perfect and we enjoyed the our stay. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast options were delightful.”

“The elevators were not working I told the receptionist that my knees couldn’t make it up 2flights of stairs she hunched her shoulders and said to you want to voids out your payment! After finally making up to the room I went to the bathroom pubic hairs were all over the toilet seat and in the shower!”

“Extremely convenient, clean, staff was very nice, loved the REAL coffee pot - not a Keureg, full size refrigerator. It was reasonably priced and as I had to stay for a week, this was really important. Issues: microwave didn’t function, the knobs on the stove had been removed and there was no hair dryer.”

“Overall dirty. Hair in the tub. Bed was made with some one's dirty sweat pants that was there before us. No breakfast, there was some bagels and toast that looked like it was left from the prior day. New employees were very nice at check-in and check out.”

“This post is not about Tru, thiabis a bad experience with expedia. I book this a week prior by accident. I bought the 9 dollar insurance as well. I booked the wrong date, it was completely my fault, I was unable to file a claim and expedia would not help me. They blamed it on the hotel and told me some one would reach out to me in 2-3 days from our conversation. That was last Monday. I will becanceling my expeida account and spend my money elsewhere were.”
