Lovely hotel and the fire alarms work😂

Lovely hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and great shuttle service to the ski lift. The sauna, relaxation area and swimming pool were wonderful. The fire alarm woke everyone up at 01:00 on the first night of my stay and took about 30 minutes to shut off with firemen in the building. No complimentary service was offered to guests by Management despite this interruption. I would have expected a complimentary drink or some gesture to compensate. There was no safety issue but until we knew this many people waited in the foyer. ( At least we know the alarms work) Apart from the rude awakening by fire alarm I could not fault the hotel and I would rebook if skiing there again.

Ecellent stay

Excellent stay with a good bed and a beautiful view from the room on the mountain. There is a nice pool for swimming and excellent though rather expensive dinner.

Tolle Lage, ungedeckter Parkplatz in Fussdistanz (im Winter wird das Fahrzeug wohl eingeschneit), sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, man fühlt sicher wohl und als Gast. Dass ein Cordon-Bleu knappe CHF 50 kostet ist für mich ok, ABER bei diesem Preis erwarte ich, dass ich das Restaurant nicht hungrig verlassen muss. Geschätzte 160 Gramm sind unangemessen, ich hätte mindestens 200 Gramm erwartet, 250 wären schön; einfach so dass ein erwachsener Mann ausreichend gesättigt wird. Es ist generell und häufig eine Unart im Gastgewerbe, dass das Gewicht von Fleischgerichten auf der Speisekarte nicht spezifiziert wird. Als Gast will ich wissen, was ich für mein Geld erhalte.

Wir haben mit dem La Siala eine Perle in der Alpenarena Flims Laax Falera entdeckt. Das Haus ist schön renoviert und der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte noch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, aber alles in allem sehr gut.

Angenehmes, gemütliches Hotel, tolle Ausgangslage für schöne Spaziergänge. Super Ausblick in die Berge, sehr ruhig in der Nacht, aber tagsüber ist Verkehr gut hörbar. Reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet, hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Top Hotel für Familienferien!

Wunderbare Hotelanlage mit super Frühstück. Das Apartment ermöglichte uns, auch Mahlzeiten selbst zuzubereiten. Es war super ausgestattet und komfortabel, genau das richtige für dreiköpfige Familie. Toller grosser Pool, top renoviert, Spielzimmer für Kinder. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Skiplausch mit der Familie in bester Erinnerung!

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt perfekt. Besonders der zuvorkommende hilfsbereite Service und die ansprechende Küche, sowie das Bad vermochten unserer Familie zu gefallen! Der Shuttle zu den Skiliften und die hellen aussichtsreichen Zimmer haben uns ebenfalls überzeugt. Wir hätten uns höchstens gewünscht, dass es noch ein 24h Fitnessraum und Spa-Sauna Betrieb schon morgens geöffnet / geheizt angeboten würde. Dafür blieben die persönliche freundliche Betreuung und die Wünsche der Gäste und uns jederzeit bestmöglichst erfüllt. Die vom Personal getragenen traditionellen Trachten brachten Pepp und gastliches Gefühl in uns hoch!
