"Staff was quick to address issue with broken toilet handle. Room was clean and very spacious! Breakfast had plenty of variety and was tasty. View of the river was beautiful. "

"Loved the classical style of this fine Victorian era hotel. We enjoyed the en suite room with a very comfortable bed and fantastic view of the castle and river. The photographs of people and days long gone that lined the hallways and stairways were very interesting indeed and definitely added to the essence of the hotel. Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Lots to like at this well located hotel. Definitely would recommend for a comfortable stay in Inverness."
