Fano Town Centre is 5 km away, where you can pick out all the groceries and essentials. Beach can be reached after a few minutes' drive away. Restaurants and Bakery will treat you to delicious snacks, meals and baked goodies to enjoy and carry back home as well. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace divided into several rooms overlooking the dining room and a large built-in kitchen. A bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. The other apartment is all on the first floor. There is a living room, a TV room, a dining room with access to the large balcony equipped for outdoor dining, a spacious kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The washing Machine will help you sort laundry. Garden and garden furniture are added delights here. Fano Train Station is 6 km away.
