「It was kind of dirty, beds were uncomfortable, things were falling apart, trash in the backyard. The downstairs bedroom didn’t have privacy, the doors are glass, curtains would help. The stove was all faded so you couldn’t tell which burner you were turning on. The sitting area with crib mattresses was odd and not really useable. It was like sitting directly on the wood. 「While our room was clean and the cleaning staff kept up the foyer and swimming area cleanly. The front desk could have been more helpful. I called with a minor issue with our room and the young man that answered the phone was not very helpful. I wasn’t sure if our conversation was over until I realized he hung up. I understand he may have had a long work day, but my family and I also had a long travel day. It would have been nice if he at least pretended to care about my issue.」
