「The house is big, very clean and comfortable. Location is good. The host, Antonio, is very nice and helpful. He gave good recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants. He also gave us some snacks and a bottle of Prosecco which is a great complementary to my birthday trip. 」

「Our stay at the La Minerva Hotel was simply unforgettable, from the minute we got to Capri to the time we left. Their hospitality started well before we arrived as they helped us with whatever we needed from arrival to departure and everything in between. We took the ferry from Naples to Capri and as soon as we arrived someone from the hotel met us at the ferry to take our luggages (prearranged) and gave us directions to get to the hotel. 「Very clean in an excellent location. Views were awesome. Must thank the receptionist. He recommended a restaurant for dinner wich we went. I left my passport at the restaurant and they called the receptionist who was able to retreive it! Uff that was a close one!」

「The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. 」
