It’s clean, modern and quiet. The staff is efficient, the breakfast offerings are abundant and the hotel is a close walk from the Farringdon Underground station. I would stay there again.

We stayed here for 8 days. The Baglioni is in a perfect area for exploring London while also quiet - it’s right next to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. The largest Whole Foods in London is 5 minutes away along with any other shop you might need on Kensington High Street. The included breakfast is a great value. The staff are excellent and helpful. Note that only suites have a park or street view - other rooms look into a courtyard which is very quiet. The spa and gym looked pretty good though we didn’t use them. Buses and underground stations are very close to get around easily. Plus several of the main museums are walking distance.

One woman at the front desk was most helpful in finding a restaurant, getting us directions and securing a cab for our flight home. Very friendly and helpful! We received a call when the cab arrived early and an inquiry about help with luggage. Check in was efficient but required me to retrieve my suitcase to produce my passport as identification.

The rooms are extremely small for the price charged. You expect more from a five star hotel. However, the location is awesome.

This hotel does not live up to its 4-star claim. The room was spacious but the decor is tired, with stained carpets and banged-up furniture. The staff were kind but disorganized. Only one elevator working so we used the stairwell a lot, but it was dirty. Great location, beautiful building, but not a luxury hotel in any other way, and not good value for the price.
