「Great staff - very, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Parking is easy and convenient. Room was very clean and a good size. 」

「Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit...

「Really well situated for Lagos Bay beach, and access into old town. Breakfast was overpriced €25, with a concession only offered for children under 10yrs. Perhaps offer a family breakfast option. Overall excellent Villa type accommodation within a well maintained complex setting. 」

「This hotel is a luxury resort with staff that go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The setting is beautiful and it is quiet and peaceful. Food in all the restaurants is amazing. Rooms are beautiful. Spacious grounds with many areas to sit and relax or swim. 」

「Excellent hotel, all the staff from reception, restaurant, pool staff etc were excellent and very friendly! Only one small thing , the buffet breakfast could have been a bit warmer, but was very impressed with their gluten free options!will definitely return!」
