Algarve House with private pool

The House is located at a very comfortable and quite area, 6 kms from the beach of Faro and the natural area park of Ria Formosa. The house has two floors and it is fully equipped, with wifi internet, private pool and garden and kitchen with washing maschin. In the house there are also 2 bycicles for free use of the guests. The house is 10 minutes by car from Airport and nearby there is also a private Hospital.

    A great location

    We arrived very late and were greeted by a few food items left for us by Florentino - very much appreciated! The property is well maintained, clean and was close to Faro but far enough away to be out of the tourist area. Transportation is recommended. The addition of a private pool is a big plus. The only thing that caused us a minor issue was that most of the manuals for the appliances did not have an English translation - a small inconvenience. Overall, we would recommend this property for anyone looking for easy access to Faro while enjoying your own private retreat.

    A lovely place to stay!

    We stayed at this property for a week and had a great time. It is a short distance from the airport and the local supermarket is only a 15 minute walk away which made our stay much easier. The property itself was clean and contained everything we needed. The pool was a big plus and we spent a lot of our time relaxing by it. Our host was helpful and dealt with any queries without delay. We would definitely come to stay again!

    Excellent!!!

    The area is very quiet with a few bars and bistros within walking distance along with a small supermarket. There are a lot of dogs on the estate however this isn't a problem other than the occasional barking. The house itself is excellent, clean and definitely value for money especially since it has a good size pool and safe and clean pool area. The owner was extremely helpful answering any queries if and when we had them. Aldi supermarket is literally a 5 minute drive and clean Diderot the property is only 20 minutes from the airport we didn't hear a plane once. A lovely relaxing break at this property will definitely return.

    The house had it all

    The good things was that The house was nice, clean and had all we needed. We enjoyed staying there with breakfast at the pool on the back side. Dineingroom with TV with many chanells and cosy furnitures. To find the adress was a difficulty, because when we arrived at Rua dos Cravos 27 we thought that 29 should be next to 27 but no...? A very nice and helpful man showed us to the right place. The area has a lot of dogs and you can hear them bark even during evening and nights. As always, you get used to new things and after a few days everything worked out just fine. To start with was it hard to fine the adress

    Excellent property.

    Stayed for two weeks Sept/Oct 2016. Beautiful property. Everything you need for a stay away from home. Two bedrooms have air conditioning and one bedroom has a large fan. Plenty of room to relax. Its about 10mins drive from the airport. We used Funny Orange Transfers €36 return. Excellent service highly recommended!!! We used taxis into Faro about 10 mins into the centre (Eva Hotel) cost just under €10 each way. Would reccommend a Hire Car. The provided bikes came in handy for trip to small local supermarket about 5 mins away for day to day groceries etc. Good wifi signal speed and strenght. All in all I would highly recommend this property to couples or families.

    An amazing villa with a great pool!

    The villa was in a great location near to Faro airport which is what we wanted for the local motorbike rally. It was very well equipped and the pool was great. The temperature was very warm and although one of the bedrooms had air conditioning, it would have been more comfortable if the other two rooms had it too. There were two bicycles which were very handy to get groceries from the local Aldi which was a five minute bike ride or twenty minute walk. I would thoroughly recommend this property for a group of friends or family.

    Relaxing stay with a lot of sun

    We stayed at Miguel's Villa in April, with already nice and sunny weather. The house had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. It was exceptional value for money. The best feature of the house was the terrace in front of the pool and barbecue. It was wonderful to open the doors while the kids were playing in the pool, also wonderful to chill-out or for sun bathing. The kitchen was reasonably equiped for inhouse cooking and dining but I would recommend eat in the restaurants. Enjoy the fresh fisch and the shellfish (very tasty in Portugal). The area was very quiet and residential, close to the nature reserve and within walking distance of nearby supermarket, restaurants. But I would recommend rent a car at the airport to get aroud. We decided to drive towards the pretty beaches in the West (Albufeira and Portimão). Miguel was very helpful in providing all the information needed when we booked. After the stay, we came back home well rested, happy and with lots of beautiful memories
