It is spacious and has everything you could ask for - we put the beach chairs to good use and really appreciated all of the small things they provided to make our stay more comfortable. The apartment was so quiet - there was construction going on next door, but we didn't hear a thing. We had a couple glitches but Hunter worked to overcome them. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Beautiful home in the perfect location with everything we needed.We made the mistake of booking with a diffeeent host that could not provide us with the means to enter or lock the property and we needed to find a new place quickly during spring break.I thought that we would have to settle given the short notice and instead, we upgraded to this lovely home in the perfect spot with off street parking, plenty of space, and a beautiful view.We all looked at each other and said we would be happy to……

“Urban vibesSo many mixed feelings about this place. We are locals who stayed for a few weeks due to home remodel. Very busy area with great restaurants and coffee options within a stone's throw. Immediate responses from host/management company but unfortunately AC was broken on day 1 was never repaired despite me waiting for technician on 4 separate days. If more than 2 people are staying in the apartment, eating and watching TV is logistically difficult given layout. ”

“Pros: Super close to everything we wanted to do in SD - we were in the car less than 12 minutes going anywhere Clean studio, friendly neighborhood, convenient part of town Host communicated well (mostly) Kitchen was great Intimate space (small, but also organized well) SD weather is amazingChallenges:- There are a few minor honey-do needs for fixing it up: the bathroom door doesn't really close, the window unit hose (A/C) is loose in the window, etc. None of that is problematic, it's just sign……

“The place was fine. I have different preferences but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a nice place to stay. The space was clean and inviting and the host did an excellent job with communication. However, there were several homeless around the area and the outside walking into the space had a lot of junk everywhere due to some upgrades being made in another unit. If you are looking for family friendly, this might not fit for your crew…depending on preferences. ”

“The host was very friendly and always offered to be of assistance. We had a good time and the place was nice and clean, really loved the free parking as that was a big thing we were looking for. The one thing I didn’t care for is not having immediate access to the thermostat. I think that would have been nice to know before hand. You can work with the host to change the temperature, but again, not immediate and pending replies from host. Just nice to know. They were kind enough to provide ear……

“Nice and cozy. Wish the AC came on a couple more times a day. No washer/dryer to help out with towels or any other clothing. Was requested to help with towels, wasn’t sure the of the process with the Laundry near by. Overall it was a nice fit. Thanks!”
