「The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor. This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff. 「We arrived to find out for the first time that children were banned from using the pool! As it happens, it was so dirty looking we wouldn’t have let them in any case. However, the house is located so conveniently for the beach and sea it wasn’t a real problem. Crockery, cutlery and glassware was just embarrassing inadequate.」
