"Exterior was borderline filthy……mold outside of bldg, ice machine leaking and left in standing water and very noisy outside. Interior dated, slow sink drainage in bathroom and dated design. "

"The place showed that the owner took a lot of effort to create a theme throughout the house.. It was surprising to open the closet door and see a stuffed tiger looking at you and an elephant table. As for what could be improved - pillows too smelly and very flat - towels in linen closet were not even folded or smelled clean, kitchen needs more dish cloths and dish towels, second bathroom needs towel under the cabinet to use, kitchen cupboards could be empty more for groceries, have cleaning supplies for the bathrooms you want the tenants to use, second tv more options to watch , free golf cart to use, and Air fresheners. It was a convenience for walking to the park and having the Newcomers book to locate and learn about things in the Villages. We did not have water for most of a day and it was a huge inconvenience . I had to go through many phone calls to determine the cause and when it would come back on. Ii left the two papers regarding the information on why it the water was off and a second paper about boiling water before drinking the second day. Maybe it would help to address utility numbers, groceryy store locations, medical urgent care areas . My husband got ill and had to go search to find an Urgent Care and. A pharmacy. We did have a great time there and have wonderful memories ."

"Great huge room. Nice fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. The room has several storage for your cloths. Even a small walk in closet. I stay there every time I visit the villages. Walk right over to Spanish Springs for the nightly music"

"Communication with Vicki was excellent. She and Scott were very responsive. The property was very clean and well-appointed. The fenced yard was great for our puppy. We really enjoyed our time at this property. The location was fantastic. We will return."

"Kitchen needs help….. no dishwasher, microwave not powerful enough to even do popcorn….plastic utensils for cooking needed washing and were flimsy. No cutting board, no mixing bowls, pots & pans were old and in some cases needed washing…..overall very difficult to prepare a meal. "
