「The room was clean and there was a small fridge but there were no utensils」

「This is a clean, well-equipped room that has everything you need for a solo traveler or a small family. The pool is a great bonus, and Karen is a wonderful host!」

「Nice spacious 1 bed room apartment in very nice area 」

「My week's stay in this comfortable apartment was very much as I had hoped it would be... homey and fairly close to the University of San Diego. This particular unit I stayed in was very private... the front entrance, as well as the back patio off the kitchen, which I took advantage of. Being a week long stay I also very much appreciated having laundry facilities. With 3 full rooms, plus the back patio, there was plenty of room move about. I also appreciated the natural light coming in through...

「The place is very outdated. And the room tha we got had a funky smell.」

「A beautiful apartment! Definitely going to reserve that location for more days next time. Kitchen is great and loved having upstairs-downstairs for separate spaces when one of us was working」

「Perfect location if you are traveling and wanting to see San Diego!」

「Quick check-out made leaving early simple. Rooms were tidy and comfortable each night here too.」

「'TV operated properly whereas shower's water pressure wasn't lacking thereby staying uncomplicated while visiting overall pleasant conditions.'」

「We LOVED this place! Perfect for our favor and perfect location!」

「The unit was very clean and well maintained, and the location is top-notch. It’s an easy walk to the beach, coffee shops, and stores, which made getting around very convenient. We also appreciated the bikes that were available and made good use of them during our stay.A few things could be improved. Since there were no windows that could be opened for fresh air, the space stayed warm and uncomfortable....

「All you need to do is bring your bags, everything else you need is there, also the beach is across the street which is awesome. 」

「Great place to stay」

「Great neighborhood! Everything is so close and convenient. It was absolutely amazing. We were 3/4 of a mile away from my son and daughter-in-law‘s house so that part was perfect as well. When they say this is a walkable location they are spot on it was amazing. The neighborhood in addition to being inconvenient is so incredibly safe; it is full of couples and families and people out walking their dog. It has an incredible feel. I would absolutely stay here again. The one thing that we wish the...

「The actual space was like how the pictures portrayed it. There were unexpected workout mats for stretching and a nice dining table for us to play boardgames. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding if we needed it.We enjoyed that all the beds were firm. And plenty of pillows to get comfortable. The private garage was easy to enter, but the parking space was very tight. We erected able back in our minivan and get our stuff in and out. Our second car...
