“Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was amazing, close to shops, beach, restaurants. You can hear some traffic from the sidewalks and streets when people walk by but nothing ear plugs couldn't keep out while sleeping. We also stayed on a Friday night so nightlife was in full swing but not a nuisance at all. ”

“Alisa is such a caring host! Any questions we had were answered and she was absolutely great during the check-in and check out process. The studio was clean and everything we could have asked for. She even gave us a cute little margarita kit which inspired our drink of choice for the weekend. The bikes were also great. You won’t regret staying here — missing SD already. Thank you so much Alisa and Darren!”

“Great spot within 10-15 mins of everything. Large place. Large kitchen, and living room”

“Other than the floor being quite dirty upon arrival (feet turned black from walking around barefoot) the stay was excellent. Loved the roll-up garage door front, watched the sunset against the new condos across the street. The church across the street was nice to look out at too. Some road construction nearby caused some congestion but never had a problem finding street parking right out in front. 10/10 would stay here again and looking forward to the next time I head to SD and it’s available.”

“Exactly as advertised. Door to bathroom being shutters was an interesting decision but apart from that it was clean and in good condition and generally a good place to stay. Great location, close to a row of restaurants and can see the taxiways for San Diego international.”
