"We had an amazing experience staying with The Iron Horse Hotel! I booked a room to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and this hotel had all of the luxury we were looking for and more. As soon as you arrive you are greeted by friendly valet employees who helped me park me car while we checked in. We chose to do park in the parking garage directly next door and it was very easy and a much better price compared to other options. Employees are on standby to open doors, which was such a nice addition. Check in was so convenient and pain free; they provided welcome drinks upon arrival, which was such a delightful surprise! The rooms have a great mix between an industrial and a luxurious feel which we loved! The room I chose had a beautiful city view, are soundproof, and share a wall with the shower, which was a treat. The beds are very comfortable, and the blackout curtains let us have a great sleep. We opted to have breakfast delivered to the room, and I’m so glad we did. The BLET and vanilla latte were delicious, and the portions were large for a very reasonable price. The bathroom is very sleek and overall cleanliness of the rooms was great. There is a rainfall shower head with a handheld attachment for convenience; the shower products provided have a more masculine scent but are still very nice to use. Checkout was at noon which I appreciated, and again, checkout was a very quick and smooth process. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and we will be back! "

"The Pfister Hotel has a lot of history in Milwaukee and is recognized as one of the most historic hotels in America. The hotel has a lot of character. I used the valet service to park my car. They were courteous and punctual. The lobby is currently undergoing construction so I was unable to see the entire decor and beauty in the pictures. The front desk was very friendly and offered me a glass of champagne at check in. The hotel was at maximum capacity over the weekend. The room was nice but lacked a decent view of anything except for a brick wall. The bed was comfy and had nice pillows. The bathroom was the best part of the room as it was recently remodeled. It was a great stay and the hotel is a quick walk from some of Milwaukees most famous attractions. The rooftop bar Blu was really nice in the evening and had a nice view. I was rejected an upgrade and late check out , but the hotel was at capacity, or so it seemed. I would stay again, for the right price as it’s one of the more expensive hotels in the Milwaukee area. "
