“Rooms are definitely have not been sound proofed like mentioned in the description. Had trouble hearing our neighbors talking until 3am rwo nights in a row. Contacted staff and no real help in solving the issue. Photos are also little misleading, room only includes your standard bed and bathroom. Otherwise clean and resonably updated.”

“The style of the decoration is excellent. And it is very close to the art museum. If you ride bikes, it takes you 5 minutes to get to the museum and the lakeside walk. ”

“Everything was good Except your paying 44$ per night for valet public parking They charge us double deposit on two separate cards then said they didn’t have my card on file that was charged when I used my card for the reservation still didn’t get my money back. ”

“It’s very good, near to Wisconsin center, 30min walk to Lake Michigan ”

“They didn’t have our 2 queen beds and we had to share a bed I told them I am handicap and needed a bath/shower and the could not do that I had to sit on a garbage can to shower and they closed there dining cause the person was sick. I got 2 tickets for parking which they did take care of … not good at all”

“Dirty. Rats in the parking lot. Hair on the bed when we entered the room, trash on the floor, hair in the bathroom, bed not fully made. When we checked in we were told the room we reserved wasn't available and we had to stay in a single bed room instead and then move for the next nights of our trip. Overall terrible experience. ”

“Wish they had a hot tub and wish they had microwaves in the rooms instead of having to go downstairs and then bring it up to your room and a better breakfast like better eggs and bacon and the potatoes were cold and the eggs were watery and nothing had flavor and there weren’t that many options for people who were diabetic but other than that I highly recommend this hotel the staff was amazing they were very friendly and helpful couldn’t ask for a better experience ”
