"This place is a find. I only had to get the cheapest hotel as another hotel had not honoured my booking I'd paid for but it is the best district right downtown. So Pretty and walkable and to have free parking downtown is a huge plus. It is like a hidden gem. And the building itself is quite a lovely building. The rooms are basic but its the cheapest hotel in mobile on the site and it also has a pool and free breakfast. I loved it."

"Great place to get away for the weekend. Staff is so helpful, the hotel was built in the 1800s and so full of charm. "

"Furniture needed to be either shampooed or replaced. Carpet in the common area after getting off the elevator needed to be cleaned"

"The tv is in an awkward position for viewing while in bed. The AC did not work properly. The floors needed better cleaning. Won’t be staying there again."

They told us know we asked for our room to be clean they said they don’t clean the rooms we would like a refund."
