“The tides apartment was one of the best places we stayed at while in Fiji! It was a bit difficult to locate since gps guided us to the opposite side of the fence. We had a bit of a misstep with check in and proper instructions were not given on how to get keys for the house. The property did also have security on the premises which was a nice bonus. To finally receive it via WhatsApp. Internet was also an obstacle. Did end up connecting to an alternative connection . When maintenance came they said that it looked like the internet had not been paid on the units specific wifi. Bbq was also not clean - rest of the place was clean however. Despite all this . “Booking was confirmed. Did not receive any further communication from hosts. Arrived at the property last evening despite wrong address given. Property all locked up so no access. Tried to call and message hosts for an hour and a half to no avail. Had to find so where else to stay last night. Very very hacked off and have demanded a full refund but nearly 24 hours later have not heard from them. DO NOT BOOK this property.”

“Best place to stay on Denarau, family friendly, big pool, lots of adult and kids activities, staff are lovely and treat you like family. Bula bus travels around from the Port to all Denarau hotels. Local bus goes to Nadi town Market and shops. Many great restaurants within walking distance.”
