“room renovated , comfortable staying , very good experience”

“The restaurant staff is not that kind. I asked for 2 glasses of water and she said the water is over there in an inpatient way.”

“We had an amazing time at the Sheraton. We found the swim up bar at the villas which we found to be way better than at the hotel. The people as always were amazing. We had some ants in our room and they came and cleaned them all and organised someone to spray, we didn't have any after that. Other than that it was an amazing time. Buffet breakfast was definitely the highlight.”

“Very bad experience, the hotel’s location is good close to the diving place . But all other are very bad . The first of all I asked hotel book the car for pick up from airport, it’s charge 200 one way , but when I asked the driver stop in the way just drop my friend they charged other 100 ! It’s just a min ! Just on the way ! Said I didn’t say before , ok when u leave I asked before , but hotel said they don’t know maybe ok , but when I asked driver still 100 ! An other is I arrived very late……

“絕對不要住這間！住4晚安排在泳池椅子正上方準時7點有人跑跳衝刺滑水道泳池，打掃呼喊移動怕你不知道，連續2晚一早房門被打開，跟內部反應都沒消息，只能自力救濟桌椅抵著房門，第2次抓到一個印度男孩跑進屋內都在早上7-9之間，感覺這旅店有出租給當地印度人居住。”
