「Beautiful setting, quiet, ski in/ski out access was great. Wonderful facilities to enjoy after a day on the slopes - pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam. Handy on site shop which had everything we needed for a week of self catering. Friendly and helpful staff. 」

「Good rooms, not much to do in the hotel, the reception open hours are poor (bar Saturday) and so if you arrive between 12 and 5 midweek..... good luck The comms from the hotel was not great, and a quick answer to one question would have helped (luggage store). Also, the ski place next door is great and you get a discount - so just go. there」

「God beliggenhed centralt i Les Carroz - skibus udenfor døren, skøjtebane på området, svømme/saunaområde i hovedbygning og skileje rundt om hjørnet. Super service i reception. Lejlighed ok, men dog lidt slidt og trænger til opdatering, og de 45m2 er ikke meget til 4 personer. Der mangler desuden skabsplads på værelser og knager til skitøj/overtøj. 」

「The single bed mattresses and supplied pillows were very worn and uncomfortable. There was no cushion backing to one side of the table area, making it very uncomfortable to use. Our room was directly above the ski locker which was very loud. The air inside our accommodation was very dry so we had to take measures to increase the humidity at night. No bars nearby for evening time relaxed environment, although the bar staff at the hotel bar were friendly, there was no atmosphere there. The buses...
