"We had specifically asked for a connecting room a day before we got there, when we got to the Hotel, we had to insisted that we need a connecting room, or else they would not have given us the connecting room. We were 2 families with kids in each room. We had called after our booking and also few days before we came that we would like to have connecting room. It would be nice if these requests can be looked at by the staff more seriously. "
