「The room had no windows and a noticeable smell of humidity, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The bathroom also needed more attention: it was not very clean, with visible humidity stains inside the toilet and on the shower walls. Unfortunately, the sheets were stained as well. I understand that things can happen, but overall the cleanliness and condition of the room were below what I would expect. Hopefully these issues can be addressed for future guests.」
