“Firstly, it's a good looking place in its original style, however, my room (basic single), I don't think was worth the price. It was clean, but the amenities inside needed attention, and it had a damp smell. The Aircon also stopped working (batteries I think), but the guy was gone, so couldn't ask for new ones. Instead, with only a sheet on the bed, I had a cool night. Breakfast was very good though, and quite varied, but the lack of interaction/interest from the staff made it more of a……

“Orpheus is a tastefully renovated boutique hotel of a church school from the 13th century. It is located in the historical Old City of Urfa and it is within walking distance of the local antiquities and museums. The hotel is well appointed and has comfortable rooms. There are various dining options and local shopping available nearby. It does come with parking - a rarity in that part of Urfa.
