"The staff was wonderful. The location was perfect. We were a bit flummixed by the lack of wording on appliances and in other places, there are only unfamiliar symbols to decipher. But we figured things out. There was a problem with the washer/dryer, but we didn't discover it until the evening before we left, so I don't know how responsive the were to fix it once we reported it. Other than that one thing, it was great"

"There’s something with the plumbing that makes loud noises and it takes a fee tries to adjust a flow to make the noise to stop. Otherwise very clean and well appointed apartment. The building doesn’t have elevator to some of the apartments. "

"Where do I begin? Righ Residences is THE BEST accommodation I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. The staff is very communicative when required, and barely visible when not required. The decor is impeccable. The beds and linens perfection. The lounge with gourmet coffees, pain au chocolat and cinnamon buns did not disappoint either. It's such a lovely place to stay we didn't want to leave!"

"On a 2 week Euro-trip, this was my fav stay. The staff was friendly, the place was easy to navigate. No issues with any outlets or appliances. Shopping & food was closeby - we didn't use transit once just because it was THAT walkable. Will def be coming back the next time I come to Edinburgh. "Loved the location 2 min walk to Waverely station. I liked that it wasn’t in the royal mile district and has the shopping mall across the street. Also had a view of Caldon hill from our window. Front desk was very friendly and let us check in early. Suite was a bit tired inside compared to pictures but wasn’t a problem at all and very clean. No water in the room but there was milk for tea. Would highly recommend"
