“I booked this stay for my sisters hen do, the day before at 2pm I was told that this wasn’t available. This was very stressful and was given 1 option in Chester instead. This was another big property. It was very strange, there was astro-turf in the dining room and the hot tubs were inside. This house has a lot of stairs! The house was well equipped and was close to town. ”

“Communication with the property management was quick and clear. The house was dirty - surfaces had been wiped down and the bedding was clean, but the house had visible dirt and grime in the bathroom, kitchen, and windows. ”

“The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.”
