“The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.”

“Really nice grounds and private lodges. Hot tub was lovely. The lodge could have been cleaner - the blinds were dirty, there was dust on the light shades and dirt around the edges of the rooms. The boiler worked but it didn’t seem to warm up the main living area. We ended up putting the oven on and leaving the door open. The oven was electric (not fan) and the element was at the top so it burnt food before cooking it. Rich, the out of hours member of staff was extremely helpful and went out of……

“My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to……

Won't supply door passcode & parking data until day of visit..And You need to supply them wirh a CC# for security deposit. No parking voucher given, so they promised to reimburse us on our parking... called & emailed 4 times, and still waiting on credit. “The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam”

“Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.”

利物浦馨乐庭市中心公寓酒店

10/10 优秀
"Excellently located in the city centre, staying makes lots easier with shops and restaurants within minutes. The front desk staff Liz was most helpful, who helped us with luggage storage due to our early arrival, messaged us when our rooms was ready, and super friendly advices on where to go and what to eat. Value of rooney stay!"
