Flint Hotel with Pool

"From the lobby to the elevator to just the hotel in general it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. When we came to check in the person working the front desk was distracted by their kids. Our room was fine but glad we only stayed one night. "

"New water park was awesome kids had a blast. Hotel stuff was very helpful and courteous .we initially had a 2 Queen bed room, however My wife had an operation day earlier and we wanted to get a cot bed for one of our kids so she could sleep by herself. When stuff heard our request they send one free of charge to us. Empathy goes a long way. This is our 4th visit and many more to come. Thank you. "

"The receptionist (Courtney and omg I am so sorry but I forgot the other lady name that worked the mid shift) was amazing both of the lovely ladies. The room was clean NO BUGS at all... The breakfast was good, Mrs Debbie is an amazing person she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The only thing I'd say I wasn't pleased with was there dryer, I placed my clothes in the dryer for 2 hours and they were still damp.. other than that the hotel was very comforting.... I will be booking here again in the future... Thank you ladies for all you done for me and my family... "

"Breakfast had quite the selection. Not 5 star restaurant, but a good solid meal and a variety. Everything was kept filled. Not really sure that young girls in bathing suits, wrapped in towels, needed to be in breakfast area. Barefoot and dripping on the floor, did not feel most appropriate."

"The rooms are nothing like the pictures. I was told those are old pictures we need to update them. There was supposed to be a jetted bathtub in the room, there was no bathtub in the room at all. I got downgraded to a room that was supposed to have a jetted bathtub, it had a bathtub no Jets. There were ants and other bugs in the room. Could hardly get Door Number One open to get in the building first thing I saw was a register/heater ducts hanging half out of the wall. Overall not impressed!"
