“Property was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was as expected. We do t use public pools so I have no opinion of condition. The best thing was the location couldn’t have been better. Walking distance of everything! We drove to Bronners because I knew we would be shopping! Make sure to drive Bronners after dark for the Christmas lights.”

“Wonderful staff. Wonderful food. Wonderful stay.”

“The room was clean and the staff were friendly.”

“The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.”

“This is a five star hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are really clean and very nice. Bed and pillows are soooo comfortable. Definitely would stay there again if we visited Saginaw again. Very quiet place.”

“Hotel room was clean however we got strong marijuana smell coming in from the bathroom vent which eventually filled the room. Breakfast/service was very questionable”

“Was just okay, had to request several time for clean towels and room to be cleaned. Also had to change rooms due to clogged bathtub.”

“The pool was closed when we went. I got an email the morning of check-in saying that it closed that morning but my husband said it looked like it had been down for a while. If I had known the pool was down, I probably would have booked elsewhere. The room was great - there were 5 of us on the 2nd night and we had room for all of us (2 bedroom suite). The outside door would not work with our keys at all. The beds were quite uncomfortable. But everything else was great! Oh! The shower……

“Spent 1 night here as a family of 4. We loved that the toilet was separate from the shower in our suite. The room was clean and reasonably priced for a quick overnight stay.”

“good”

“Very clean and a great value”

“It was disappointing that there was no hairdryer in the room and not enough towels and wash cloths.”

“Stay there every year for Oktoberfest!”
