「Staff were lovely throughout. No problems at all with the Hotel and it is really, really convenient for seeing Chester - our first time of visiting and we really enjoyed it. Used the train to get there and Uber to get around and it was all so easy. Would certainly like to go to Chester again and would definitely use the same hotel. PS Go to Chez Jules for a nice evening out.」

「No the carpet had quite a few stains on it. Staff were excellent Bar had no gluten free beer and was closed early 10 : 30 pm. 」

「Room was clean. Looked like it had not long been decorated. Staff were friendly both at check in, when my autistic son was extremely tired and at check out. They have an on site cafe, which I didn't use but it smelt good. Services next door included a macdonalds. Will definitely stay again to break up a long journey.」

「Very noisy, walls are extremely thin. Bed was incredibly creaky, was difficult to get a good night's sleep. Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. 」
