“Overall excellent. We booked a room for 2 adults and one child, we added our child on at a later date, we spoke over the phone and were assured we only needed to pay for his breakfast and the sleeping arrangements had been sorted. When we checked in that wasn’t the case but the lovely man on reception quickly sorted an extra bed for us, he was very friendly and helpful, he’s a credit to the hotel. The only negative about the room is the heat, we did have a fan which made it bearable. The room……

“A smart little hotel with a decent sized bar area that terraced on to the street a good selection of drinks and background music lead to an easy going atmosphere. “We absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. It could do with an update and refurb in certain areas but this doesn't affect the quality of the stay. The staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way they can. It's location is perfect as it's close to South pier, a tram stop, shops and the pleasure beach. We will be making further bookings in the future.”
