「Excellent all round , checking in ,room allocated comfortable sleep , excellent choice of continental breakfast along with the afternoon tea booked ,, drinks in the bar were a good price , 」

「The only problems we had is the shampoo and body wash was empty and the heating doesn't come on until 8 pm so the room was cold to start with. But that's it . The team where excellent and good / was brilliant. Would stay here again」

「Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked.
